Stitching unit
Up to six Muller Martini flying stitching heads can be mounted on the Presto to stitch products gently and without stop-and-go movement.

Easy to operate
The Presto is equipped with a clearly laid-out touch screen for easy operation. The menu-guided program allows rapid access to all setup and monitoring functions. It can be operated with a simple speed control and switch for starting and stopping the machine.

Quality assurance
Thickness control by ridge caliper guarantees that only complete copies are stitched and trimmed. The Presto also comes with Asac (Automatic self-adjustment caliper) thickness measurement device and staple control to ensure perfect product quality. The long book detector checks whether all signatures are neatly jogged up on the gathering chain. Incomplete products are automatically ejected for reloading.

Now, the Presto can also be equipped with Semko (side caliper control).
