For newspaper printers with small- to medium-size circulations and mailing houses with a wide range of products and formats, the AlphaLiner Inserting System from Muller Martini offers a high degree of flexibility. It is the only inserting machine capable of handling inserts that are larger than the main jacket.
Up to 30 products can be inserted with a maximum operating capacity of 15,000 copies per hour. Thanks to its modular design, it is easily expandable. The AlphaLiner can be loaded by hand, or semi-automatically by using streamfeeders, or automatically by using FlexiRoll.
Address-specific inserting with subsequent copy-specific bundle building
The AlphaLiner also allows automatic addressing of the main jacket of mailings for address-specific inserting with subsequent copy-specific bundle building. The range of inserted products can be further enlarged by adding the Promo feeder station to the AlphaLiner Inserting System. Integration of various quality controls ensures a high level of production reliability.
Inkjet module for in-line labeling
How can a direct mailer most effectively use the covers of his mailings? Muller Martini's response to this question is an inkjet module integrated into the AlphaLiner Inserting System. It enables the in-line labeling of mailing covers or main sections on one or two sides. With this system you can apply to the cover information relevant to the recipient, such as the address, a personal message or specific special offers.
