At the end of every print-finishing process the question arises how to economically process and deliver stacks of finished products. An automatic palletizer often is the ideal solution. The Muller Martini Cohiba automatic palletizer is the most efficient choice for any finishing system, for processing adhesive-bound or stitched products delivered from compensating stackers in loose or packaged stacks.

Controlled infeed – gentle handling
Loose or packaged stacks are fed into the palletizer directly from a compensating stacker via conveyor belt and buffer conveyor. Stacks are neatly aligned prior to the infeed, and transferred onto the air-cushioned infeed table. This ensures gentle handling of all products.

Easy interaction with the system
Modern touch screen electronics allow the operator to interact easily with the system. The software optimizes the layout of stacks on the pallet and ensures the most efficient palletizing sequence.

Large-capacity pallet hopper
The large-capacity hopper allows highest production output. The hopper holds up to tem "Euro Pallets" or other types of pallets. Pallets are reliably transferred on roller tracks from the hopper to the loading position, and from there to the delivery.
