mRC CUT-OFF REGISTER AUTOMATIC CONTROL
Maximum reduction in waste with high speed cameras

The cut-off and lateral register can be regulated using the same innovative, markless* Register Control (mRC) camera. There is no need to “warm up” the camera, everything is fully automatic. The cameras are assembled close to the folder and operate using "ink guiding" principles (aligning paper webs based on printed image instead of web edges). This ensures that all paper webs are perfectly positioned in lateral and scope direction based on the printed image.

Running the mRC markless* is a completely new option. The system can remove reference points from the image and regulate the cut-off and lateral register based on this data by analysing the TIFF.

*mRC markless is not available in Germany, Japan, UK and USA.
