Automatic makeready
Automatic makeready reduces changeover times on the Merit S to just a few minutes and allows fine corrections while production is running. The control system, programmed in the dialog system, offers efficiency and user-friendly operation.

Swing cut
The excellent three-side trim contributes noticeably to the visual quality of a product. The swing cut effectively ensures superior trim quality and a clean trim surface and it is a highly important benefit of the Merit S.

Tele-Commander in Hardcover Productions
In connection with the Diamant bookline, size data can be transferred directly to the Merit S via the Tele-Commander.
