With the Pantera perfect binder, several binding processes can now be flexibly implemented in the performance range of up to 4,000 cycles per hour. In addition to conventional hotmelt binding, PUR can now also be processed. This is a great advantage, because PUR binding is becoming more and more popular...even in the middle performance range.

Open Glue Application System
High binding quality is ensured thanks to precise monitoring of the glue temperature and the glue level in the specially coated two-roller glue pot. The open glue application system is simple to handle. Retractable glue trolleys make rapid glue changes easier during production changeovers.

The Pantera i from ground up new designed to replace the well known Tigra binder. It offers a larger format range and a variety of options that have not been available in this segmant. This enables the broadest range of jobs to be produced. In addition, with its compact design the Pantera perfect binder also provides for plenty of flexibility in tight spaces. With the addition of a Criss Cross delivery, perfect binder and gathering machine can be operated
separately for different jobs.

Setup Assistant Companion
The Pantera is easy to operate via a touchscreen monitor. The menu structure is clear which makes the interactive setup assistant Companion almost self explanatory. It supports the operator, even with manual adjustments. The settings for all stations are displayed for the current production.

The Pantera will be available with Amrys (Automatic MakeReady System), in the future – shortening setup and makeready times even more.
